Marriage
The Sacrament of Matrimony expresses a covenant between a man and woman that reflects the covenant relationship of God with His people. Through marriage, a couple witnesses to Christ's spousal love for His Church. The man and the woman wholly commit to each other to accompany and assist each other in daily life on their journey toward salvation and in the rearing of children and family.
